Problem Definition
Currently, Atlassian Cloud admins must manually approve or deny each product request through the admin interface. This process is inefficient and time-consuming for organizations with a high volume of requests, especially in large enterprises. There is no official API available to automate the approval or denial of product requests, which limits the ability to integrate with internal workflows or automate security and compliance processes.
Suggested Solution
Introduce a REST API endpoint that allows organization admins to programmatically approve or deny pending product requests. The API should support bulk operations and provide options to include a custom message in the notification sent to users.
Workaround
Use the admin hub UI to approve or deny product/app requests.
