Currently, there is no download button available on the attachment previously on Confluence Cloud page.

If anybody is willing to download the attachment, they will either open the image by clicking on it, then download or go to page properties by clicking (...) -> attachments, then download.

The capability of having the presence of Download button right on top of the attachment preview would really increase the usability and user experience.
