Current behaviour

The attachment progress bar is shown only when the attachments are added in the "strip view" visualization.

Suggestion

It is much required to see the attachment progress bar in the List View for the users to monitor the upload progress.

Workaround

Switch to "Strip view", which has the progress bar.
