Atlassian  provides  24-hour window to our Marketplace partners to move the app (Data residency move). 

Customer took a long time planning and preparing for this move.

App vendor gave 4 hrs and the actual move took 5 minutes. 

Would be great for better collaboration between Marketplace partners and Atlassian to provide a more precise estimate for app Data residency migration so as not to inconvenience customers  and they may have as little downtime as possible.
