Ability to preview PDF Portifolio files

      Issue Summary

      PDF Portfolio files should be previewed in Jira Cloud. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Upload PDF Portfolio file to a Jira Cloud issue;
      2. Try to preview it.

      Expected Results

      The PDF Portfolio file should open in the PDF preview. 

      Actual Results

      The following message is displayed:

      Workaround

      The current workaround is to get Adobe Reader, download the file and open it.
