Issue Summary

After opening a video attached to an issue, if you play this video and do not play it until the end if you let the video open for more than 15 minutes, it times out and you will not be able to reproduce without refreshing the page and opening the video again.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Issue with a video attached.
2. Choose the play button and immediately pause the video.
3. Make the video full-screen.
4. Click & drag the slider to the beginning of the video.
5. Move the mouse to another screen.
6. Press the space bar to start playback.
7. Let the video play to the end.
8. Press Esc to exit fullscreen.
9. Let Tab, Issue, and video sit for more than 15 minutes.
10. Attempt to watch the video again.
11. Observe that nothing happens.
12. Choose the play button again.
13. Observe that spinning loading animation appears and the video never loads.

Expected Results

It should play normally when you hit the play button again.

Actual Results

The user must reload the page and reopen the video.

Workaround

Refresh the page to play the video again.
