Currently, Atlassian Mail uses "opportunistic TLS", which means our ESP will always prefer using TLS encryption for delivering email, as long as the receiving mail server supports it. 

Allow other protocols, such as "Forced TLS", instead of "opportunistic TLS" when connecting to ESPs from Atlassian apps.
