Global Navigation Switcher should align with user's personal homepage settings

      Users are able to configure a default Jira homepage from their personal settings. This option works well whenever a user logs in directly to Jira or clicks on the Jira logo. 

      This doesn't work when the user selects Jira from the global navigation switcher:
