Issue Summary

When the Full Copy Production to Sandbox operation is in progress, the user does not have visibility into the progress percentage on the UI. Since the sandbox site is available, changes can be made to the site, such as work item updates and modifications etc.that later wiped out causing confusion

Expected Results

user should not be able to make any changes and Progress of copy should be reflected on the UI

Actual Results

Users are able to make changes and copy operation reflect generic message to convey copy is in progress. 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
