Issue Statement:
Currently, when there are failures during a full data copy to a sandbox environment, admins receive an email indicating an error occurred, but without specific details. This lack of information requires admins to contact support to access the logs, hindering their ability to self-serve and delaying troubleshooting efforts for migrations.
Proposed Solution:
Enhance the post-migration reports by including downloadable error logs that admins can access. This would enable admins to quickly identify and resolve issues by retrying the data copy for specific spaces or projects using the method outlined in the guide: Copy specific spaces or projects.
This improvement will empower our customers to perform 'Copy Production Data to Sandbox' operations more efficiently.
