Issue Summary

Import/Export and Cloud Migration features are visible in Jira Settings that may not be compliant with FedRAMP requirements, specifically regarding data migration between commercial and federal environments.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Jira Settings
2. Access Import and Export section
3. Observe the available features including "Migrate cloud site" option

Expected Results

Only FedRAMP-compliant features should be visible in the Jira Settings for Federal environment, aligned with ENTDES-91 requirements which state that automated migration of tenant data between commercial and federal environments will not be offered.

Actual Results

The following potentially non-compliant features are visible:

• Import and export sub-pages
• Migrate cloud site option (being deprecated June 21 2024?)

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
