Copy Product Data should assess the Licenses of the Source site.

      In C2C migrations, while the destination site license is validated before migration, the source site licenses are not assessed. This oversight leads to export errors and causes the migration to fail.

      For example, if a customer only possesses a Jira Software license and does not have a JSM license on the source site, all JSM projects still appear in the migration plan.

      Suggestion:
      We should consider either not displaying these projects in the migration dashboard or implementing a verification process for the source site's license as well.
