Allow non-Enterprise organization admins to use the User Count feature

      We’d like to request that the User Count feature be made available for customers on Standard and Premium plans, not just those on Enterprise.

      Currently, this feature is only accessible to Enterprise customers, but it would be helpful for admins across all tiers to monitor their plan’s user counts directly from the Admin Hub.
