Installed apps should continue to exist upon restore in JIRA

      Issue Summary

      When the BRIE backup is restored in Jira , the apps get removed.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install apps on target site.
      2. Restore Backup using BRIE.

      Expected Results

      Apps remain installed as in Confluence. The behaviour should be consistent in both the products.

      Actual Results

      Apps get removed only in Jira as per limitation.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
