Sandbox copy fails with 504 gateway error

      Issue Summary

      When parent site is more than 10K containers , sandbox copy could not trigger. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Run Sandbox copy.

      Expected Results

      Sandbox copy triggers.

      Actual Results

      The below exception is thrown in the UI

      "Data copy couldn't schedule"

      In Developer logs you observe below :
      <html> <head><title>504 Gateway Time-out</title></head> <body> <center><h1>504 Gateway Time-out</h1></center> </body> </html>

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
