Some users are not being redirected to their workspace when accessing the product starting page

      Issue Summary

      Users are accidentally creating new organizations/sites when logging into Product starting pages instead of accessing their existing organizations. 

      As much as admins encourage users to use the direct links to their sites, the problem comes when they just type the product (e.g., “confluence”) in their browser's URL and it performs a search, clicking the first Atlassian product link they see.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to a product starting page, such as https://www.atlassian.com/software/confluence
      2. Log in with one of the options (e.g., "Or Continue with").

      Expected Results

      If a user has access to any Atlassian organization/site, they should be redirected to a page showing their site/workspace to select.

      Actual Results

      Even if users have access to an organization/site, if they do not match some specific criteria, they are prompted to create a new site.

      Workaround

      Suggest users to use any of the home URL pages:

      The URLs above will take the user to their Atlassian homepage or product home page, avoiding the prompt to create a new cloud site.
