The copy process currently allows users to Copy data with attachments or Copy data without attachments.

Many times, it makes sense to ignore issue/work item attachments and copy data without attachments, but in that case, it would be helpful if either the non-issue attachments (mostly icons) such as the logo, the type icons, priority icons and other administrative images were automatically copied over, or if there was an option to only copy those specific attachments.
