Issue Summary

Create an option in Copy JSM data to migrate only the configuration and not the project data.

Reasoning: Currently, there is not a built-in method in JSM Copy data to migrate only the configuration. Post-migration activities can cause a lot of work and increase the production migration time. If the configuration could be migrated on its own to the cloud site, then the configuration could be fixed in the cloud site in advance. Then, during the production migration, only the project data would need to be migrated.
