Can't update release tracks when the org has many products

      Issue Summary

      Unable to update the release track settings when the org has a large number of sites. As an admin of a large enterprise organisation, not being able to control this feature affects site management capability. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.
      2. Select Products > Release tracks
      3. Click Change track to update the track type
      4. A prompt is generated to select the track type and click Confirm

      Expected Results

      The release track is updated for the selected site

      Actual Results

      It fails with error 504 Gateway timeout and the change is not reflected

      Workaround

      None. Contact Atlassian support.
