Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center:

While a production data copy process including all Jira projects or Confluence spaces is in progress, the destination Jira or Confluence sandbox remains accessible.

As a result, any ongoing testing activities or implementations on the destination Jira or Confluence sandbox are lost once the production data copy process in question is completed.

Steps to Reproduce

Start a production data copy process including all Jira projects or Confluence spaces.

Expected Results

The destination Jira or Confluence sandbox should be locked while a production data copy process including all Jira projects or Confluence spaces is in progress.

Actual Results

The destination Jira or Confluence sandbox remains accessible.

Workaround

The ability to put Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud instances in read-only mode is being tracked in the following feature requests:
