Provide more granular administrative controls for Atlassian Cloud administrators

Suggested Solutions

Provide customizable and granular Role-based access control (RBAC) configurations for administrators. For example but not limited to, some companies may want to limit the org admin ability to add themselves to new sites or products in order to separate management capabilities from data like specific Jira projects or Confluence spaces that should only be accessible to certain people. Ideally we would want to have a super admin that can control what other org admins can and cannot access.

Current Workarounds

You can technically use product access groups and remove the org admins from them, however, since org admins are a super admin they can themselves back to the group.
