Issue Summary

Currently copy production data to sandbox does not migrate request type.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run Copy production data.
2. Check for request type

Expected Results

Request type migrates.

Actual Results

Request type won't migrate.

Workaround

• Manual Recreation:
  You can manually create the request types in the new project, copying the settings from the original project. 
   

• Cloning Issues:
  If you need to replicate specific requests, you can use Jira's cloning feature to create copies of existing issues. 
   

• Apps for Configuration Synchronization:
  Consider using apps like Salto.io or Revyz Data Manager for Jira, which offer more granular control over data migration, including request types. 
   

• Cloud to Cloud Migration:
  While Atlassian doesn't recommend it, some users have explored cloud-to-cloud migration as a workaround, but it might not be the most efficient or reliable solution.
