Issue Summary

When trying to perform a C2C migration plan with the "copy product data" option, if Plans are included in migration plan, the pre-checks fail to complete with the following message:

We found an unexpected error and couldn’t run this check. Try validating again or contact support if you continue to get this message. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.
2. Select Settings > Data management > Copy product data.
3. Select Create copy plan.
4. Choose all the correct destination, source, user settings, etc.
5. Include "Only Plans associated with selected projects"
6. Run the checks

Expected Results

Checks should complete and allow you to proceed with the copy plan.

Actual Results

The below exception is thrown in some of the checks:

Workaround

Go to Review Details and run the validation again. It should allow to start the migration.
