      When HIPAA is enabled, Atlassian Intelligence features are disabled, but no clear message indicates this. This could potentially lead to confusion for users,

      Removing these buttons in HIPAA-enabled environments would improve the user experience, help avoid confusion, and improve overall functionality for users operating under HIPAA compliance requirements.
