Ability to create a sandbox with the exact same name as the previous one delete

      At present, when a sandbox is deleted and a new one is created, the name of the sandbox consistently mirrors the site's name. However, the sequential number that uniquely identifies each sandbox does not carry over; instead, a fresh number is assigned.

      The request here is to introduce a feature that allows users to retain the exact same name as previously deleted sandboxes. This enhancement would eliminate the need for users to modify internal processes that depend on these specific sandbox names.
