Issue Summary

During Jira cloud-to-cloud migration through the copy product data option if some of the projects failed at export stage then the final migration status for users and groups is not updated on the Migration plan on the UI. Even though the final migration status is completed/incompleted but the users and groups status always shows "copying" and Details show "Importing".

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create copy plan with 5-6 projects
2. Run the migration and wait for 1-2 projects to fail at export stage
3. After a while the migration completes with "Incomplete" status and the final status gets updated on the migration plan but the users and groups status isn't updated.
4. Users and Groups keep showing "Copying" and "Importing" as shown in the screenshot below.

Expected Results

Since the final migration status is updated on the copy plan it should also update the final status of users and groups.

Actual Results

Users, groups, Customers status shows "Copying" and "Importing"

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
