Issue Summary

When we create check lists in Jira issue description and comment then it changes to bullet list points after the C2C migration. Completed action items will get strikethrough and incomplete action items will be in bullet list format.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create action items in Jira issue description or comment
2. Perform Jira C2C migration via copy product data and observe the behavior

Expected Results

Action items should retain their format after the migration.

Actual Results

Action items changes to bullet list and completed actions are strikethrough.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
