      Summary

      During the configuration of a Sandbox Copy task, the estimated duration is not accurate with the actual time required to copy data

      Recommendation

      It would be beneficial for the estimated duration to more closely reflect the actual time required. Taking into account factors such as the number of users, data volume, attachments, as well as data residency and the infrastructure in use, will help enhance the accuracy of these estimates.
