Problem

Currently, if a sandbox only has one product, Jira Software (JSW), but the production site has multiple Jira products such as Jira Software and Jira Service Management (JSM), then when performing a Copy All Data to sandbox it will fail with an incomplete status.

This error occurs because a check is performed to verify whether the necessary products (JSW and JSM) are present on the sandbox.

Suggestion

Please provide a clear error or warning prior to beginning the copy task if a required Jira product is missing from the Sandbox.

The warning should prevent the task from being performed and give the user clear instructions on how to resolve the issue: Add the additional Jira product to the sandbox then retry the copy task.
