Problem Definition

At present, the Copy Product Data functionality does not have any REST API endpoints. This would allow large instances to systematically create migration/copy product plans programmatically.

Suggested Solution

Create public REST API endpoints for the Copy Product Data functionality, so administrators can:

• create new plans
• check existing saved plans
• execute saved plans
• check the progress of executing plans

This functionality should cover both Jira and Confluence copy product data, and any other products that become in scope of the copy product data functionality.
