Currently, the only way to ingest updates to our IP addresses (egress and ingress) is to subscribe to the Amazon SNS console, described here: https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/ip-addresses-and-domains-for-atlassian-cloud-products/#How-do-I-know-when-the-IP-ranges-change

It would be beneficial to customers to have an RSS feed (instead of, or in addition to, the SNS subscriptions) to which they can subscribe for updates.
