Dedicated RDS to improve sandbox copy

      Issue Summary

      Include criteria of improving performance of sandbox copy to allow customers on dedicated RDS. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Run sandbox datacopy .
      2. It take 3+ days to finish.

      Expected Results

      The copy should finish ASAP so that the next set of tasks can begin.

      The performance of data copy from Production to Sandbox can be improved if we keep the Production environment on dedicated RDS.

      Actual Results

      For Premium customer, dedicated RDS is currently not possible in order to improving performance of sandbox copy

      Please explore Selective data copy.
