User Problem
Exporting JSM customers can take several minutes when the number of users is significant. It doesn't timeout, so users won't know if it's progressing or not.
Suggested Solutions
Take the same approach as managed/site accounts export. The CSV file is prepared in the background and it sends a separate email with the download link.
