As an administrator, I would like the ability for new features that are rolled out to our Jira instance to be set as inactive/off by default, especially if these features are disableable. This would allow us to manage the rollout of new features more effectively and ensure that our workflows remain stable until we are ready to enable and integrate the new features.

APIs like Get Project Features and Set Project Features can be invoked through appropriate scripts to help achieve this requirement.
