Atlassian is unknowingly charging corporations by not informing new Trello users that creating a 'free' account with a company email address actually incurs charges.

Non-billable users under the Guard subscription will now be considered billable for the organization.

At the Enterprise level, org admins cannot manage users or request user removals from Atlassian's support teams.

This makes it impossible for customers to stop being falsely charged when they discover it has happened. This also represents a security violation due to the use of an unapproved application.
