When creating a cloud sandbox, sometimes it gets stuck in CREATING status for a long time. In many cases, the sandbox is accessible, but still reports as CREATING. This results in the following:

• You are blocked from creating any additional sandboxes while one is still in CREATING status
• This can interfere with the ability to install apps in the sandbox that is being created
• You are unable to clone data from the parent site while the sandbox is still in CREATING status

This request is to provide a method to cancel the creation of a sandbox so that this problem can be bypassed.
