Copy virtual service agent data from one cloud instance to another

      Issue Summary

      This is reproducible on Cloud instance

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create JSM Project.
      2. Enable Virtual service agent's feature in the project
      3. Add data for the Virtual service agents [tenants and intents]
      4. Copy JSM project using "Copy data" feature from one cloud instance to another.

      Expected Results

      • "Virtual agents data" should be copied along with JSM project to destination cloud instance

        Actual Results

      • Virtual agent's data is not copied to destination cloud site

      Workaround

      • Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
