User Problem

As an admin, I would like to have an extra layer of approval before managed accounts in my organisation join any external org/site.

There are malicious spam sites that send out invitations for malicious reasons and having the additional approval can prevent security issues.

This also can cause an undesired increase on the Atlassian Guard billing.

Suggested Solutions

1. Open admin.atlassian.com
2. Go to the Security tab
3. MONITORING section from the left menu > External organisation (or an existing section)
4. You see a list of users who are invited to another organisation
5. Admin user select users and can approve or reject
