Support the download of Backup File which is of more than 50GB

      The new backup and restore which is administered from admin.atlassian.com only allows downloading the backup file if the generated backup <= 50GB.

      This is described in Backup and Restore Solution.

      Suggestion

      As there was no such limitation in legacy method (System -> Backup manager) of taking the backup, there should be an option to allow download of Backup file regardless of its size. It would be helpful if,

      • Users can get fileID of already generated backup file, so that they can leverage CURL command to download the larger Backup files in their local.
      • Or if the generated Backup is > 50 GB, there should be a fallback link to (system -> Backup manager) which will show the link to download the file.
