As a user of Jira, I would like a method to select and backup only certain projects so that I can manage what I backup.

Suggestion for this feature:

• Once pressed, the "Create backup for cloud" button would show a list of all projects that would be included in the backup
• A user can then uncheck any projects they'd like to exclude from the backup
• An "Accept" or other confirmation button would need to be pressed to start the backup
• "Include attachments, avatars, and logos in the backup" would still be an option

Nice to have:

• List would display the total size of each project
• List would display the total size of the entire backup at the bottom
• Once the backup is complete, the user will retrieve the backup via the same method they do now by visiting the Backup manager page to download the file
