Issue Summary

• After Cloud to Cloud migration using Copy product data, page inline reference links displayed as createpage.action even though the referenced space and page exists on the destination cloud site.

Steps to reproduce

• Create two spaces space1, space2 on cloudA
• Create pages on each spaces. Example(Page1 on Space1, Page2 on Space2)
• Link page2 from Space2 to page1 on Space1
• Migrate both the space1, space2 from cloudA to cloudB
• Copy product data migrates space1 first and then imports the space2

Expected Results

• Page1 on space1 should display the correct URL https://cloudb.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SPACE2/pages/page2

Actual Results

• https://cloudb.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/createpage.action?spaceKey=SPACE2&title=page2 was displayed on Page1
