Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a TMP project and a CMP project.
2. Create advanced roadmap plan and add CMP project and TMP board as issue sources.
3. Go to the admin hub Data Copy feature and select the CMP project for migration.
4. Select the referenced option for Jira plans.
5. Ignore the preflight warnings and run the migration.

Expected Results

The migration is successful

Actual Results

The migration would be incomplete with following failure:

Chunk Migration Error: DefaultEntityMigrationError(dateTime=2024-08-14T18:36:27.561285651Z, entityId=mri:mig:jira/classic/software:rapidView:63, reason=The board is missing a location. Exactly one of projectId and userId must not be null., actionToResolve=null, numDownstreamFailures=6, severity=ERROR)  

Workaround

The customer needs to select the TMP project also in the migration plan.
