As outlined in our documentation, the landing product can only be set to Jira or Confluence. If a user doesn’t have access to the selected landing product, they'll be directed to it and prompted to request access.
 
This suggestion aims to provide more flexibility in customizing landing pages, including the option to set the Atlassian Home page or other custom pages.
