Issue Summary

In some cases, it is possible that a Jira sandbox creation event results in the creation of both Jira and JSM sandbox on the Org.

Steps to Reproduce

• This issue is not reproducible at will but we have noticed a few organisations wherein the behaviour has occurred

Expected Results

If a Jira sandbox creation event is triggered, it is expected to see only Jira sandbox instance creation.

Actual Results

A Jira sandbox creation event triggers both Jira and JSM sandbox instance creation.

Workaround

Attempt to delete the sandbox and re-create the Jira sandbox, or contact Atlassian Support for assistance in removing the sandbox instance that is not required.
