Allow custom email domains for non product notifications

      Currently, custom email domains are available only for Confluence and Jira product notifications. However, email notifications like user invites don't support custom domains yet.

      This suggestion ticket is to allow custom email domains for notifications created by activities in admin.atlassian.com.
