Ability to create more than 2 Sandboxes for one product.

      Issue Summary:

      Currently, with the recent rollout of the feature in CLOUD-1118 that allows the admins to create more than 1 sandbox for a given product, it would be good to have the same feature to allow and create more than 2 sandboxes for one product.

      Current Functionality:

      Able to create 2 sandboxes for one given product.

      Expected Result:

      Ability to create more than 2 sandboxes for one given product.
