Atlassian products are updated continuously.
If the product update / maintenance requires downtime, it will be scheduled in maintenance windows beforehand.

Also other updates are performed while outside of the maintenance window, if it does not require downtime.

Sometimes the incidents occur and Atlassian product stop working due to these product updates while the user's business hours.

So it would be better if all product updates are performed while maintenance window.
