Ability to turn off the auto-deletion of the sandbox or not suspend 

Expected Results

As per current documentation sandbox goes off line after 28 days after which users have 30 days to restore the sandbox.

Actual Results

Enterprise customers are looking for a way so that the sandbox deletion can be avoided.

Workaround

The system sends out an email once the sandbox is inactive/suspended. This can serve as a reminder to restore the sandbox. Log in to the sandbox, and perform some activity (comment, issue creation) to keep it active. since the admins get a notification. You may need to un-suspend the sandbox following this process.
(You cannot use Automation to create issues in sandbox to make it look like there is activity since it does not count as user activity as the logic behind looks for an actual user)
