Issue Summary
Customers are receiving emails as follows
Your <SITE_NAME_AND_PRODUCT> sandbox has been inactive for over 28 days, and as a result we're suspending it.
Once suspended, you'll no longer be able to access the sandbox. If you want to keep the sandbox, you can restore it within the next 30 days:
Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Select Products > Sandbox.
Find your sandbox in the products table, and under Actions select Restore.
If you don't want to restore your sandbox, after <DATE> we'll permanently delete it with all its data.
