Sandbox clone fails due to attachments and avatars error

Issue Summary

When copying data from production to sandbox the process fails at the end due to duplicate avatars.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Clone data from production to sandbox;

Expected Results

Copy all the data and restore the attachments and avatars successfully.

Actual Results

The sandbox fails returning an error.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
